Cermes has a population of 1500 inhabitants and is located between Merano and Lana. The climate is especially pleasant.

Cermes is situated on Mount San Vigilio, which offers amazing hiking itineraries and affords breathtaking views over the Merano valley, the surrounding Tessa and Merano 2000 mountains and as far as the Dolomites. Its central location makes Cermes a great starting point for either easy walks or challenging hikes to explore the surrounding valleys.

All nearby towns can be easily reached by buses departing every 15 minutes.
